This elegant DOP rosé sparkling wine from Mount Etna, produced from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, offers a unique sensory experience. Its antique rose colour and fine, persistent bubbles introduce a bouquet of peach, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by distinctive citrus notes from Etna.
On the palate it is fresh and lively, with persistent minerality and accents of red fruit and citrus. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of dishes, it is best served at 8 °C. 750 ml bottle.
