Monteserafico: Vino spumante Etna DOP
In general, the adjective “seraphic” is used to describe something that is beautiful, pure and tranquil, evoking a sense of serenity and peace. It is a term that conveys calm, balance and gentleness. It derives from the Latin “seraphicus”, which in turn comes from the Hebrew “seraphim”, meaning “angel” or “divine being.”The idyllic and bucolic name “Monte Serafico”, coined by us, draws inspiration precisely from the harmonious balance of the vegetation on the slopes of the volcano and from the sense of quiet perceived by those who are able to attune themselves to the positive vibrations it naturally emanates.

This elegant DOP rosé sparkling wine from Mount Etna, produced from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, offers a unique sensory experience. Its antique rose colour and fine, persistent bubbles introduce a bouquet of peach, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by distinctive citrus notes from Etna.
On the palate it is fresh and lively, with persistent minerality and accents of red fruit and citrus. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of dishes, it is best served at 8 °C. 750 ml bottle.
