Our story in the world of wine has deep roots. It began many years ago, when my brother and I were children and used to follow our father into the family vineyards to harvest the grapes.
Those moments felt like pure magic to us, a true celebration. The air was filled with the sweet scent of freshly picked grapes and their juice dripping beneath our bare feet. We ran freely between the rows of vines, the leaves often glistening with rain, and as the sun set, we listened to our father telling us captivating stories about wine.
I remember how passionately he spoke about the ancient Greeks, the first to bring the culture of wine to our land, preserving it in large amphorae. That detail always stayed with me, and today, together with my brother, we have chosen to carry on this family tradition.
We named our line “Kyathos”, a Greek word meaning a small vessel, similar to a stemless cup, used to serve wine. This is where our passion comes from.
